There is free football on offer in Buckinghamshire this coming Saturday, 2 December, as Beaconsfield Town host Northwood in the Evo-Stik League South, East.
The Rams are offering free entry to anyone who brings a new or unused gift to donate to the Children's Ward at Wexham Park Hospital.
Manager Gary Meakin told the club website: "We felt it would be a nice gesture from the club to do something nice at Christmas for those who are maybe a little less fortunate than most or are having a bad time.
"I have a child of my own and work in a primary school and, at this time of year, we see a lot of children go without and its heartbreaking. The size or cost of the present is not important, it is the gesture of giving that will make that one child a little happier."
