Will Bolton Extend The Spirit Of Christmas To Boro?

On Affordable Football previously we looked at Middlesbrough's special ticket offer for Aitor Karanka's first game in charge as manager of the club and the fact that reduced prices were not available to visiting fans from Bolton Wanderers.

A Middlesbrough club statement at the time read: ' Away supporters will be charged at our standard matchday rate. This also reflects the expected ticketing price level that will be set for our supporters when they visit the Reebok Stadium on New Year’s Day.'

Now, Wanderers have announced reduced prices for the return fixture on New Year's Day with adult tickets available for £15 and concessions (under 23's and over 65's) at £5. As of Monday there are no details about whether this will be extended to away fans.

Will Bolton extend the spirit of Christmas into 2014 and offer reduced prices to visiting fans?

Update: The Bolton News reports that the reduced ticket prices are available to all, home and away so a decent gesture from Wanderers.
