Next Week's Affordable Football

Some decent Under-21 and Academy games taking place at the main home ground of the club involved, always good for taking the kids, if possible.

8th: Manchester United Under-21’s host their Norwich City counterparts with the game being played at Old Trafford, 7pm kick-off. There is free entrance for all spectators, just walk up on the night.

Hull City Under-21’s make their second appearance of the season at the KC Stadium when Sheffield Wednesday are the visitors for a 7pm. Admission is free for Season Card Holders, £4/£2 otherwise.

Brentford FC's development squad take on Ipswich Town at 1pm with free entry to Griffin Park for all spectators.

9th: I've not got definitive details on this one but Southampton Under-21's are scheduled to take on Spurs at St Mary's with a 7pm kick-off.

10th: Supporters are welcome to attend a friendly match between Birmingham City Under-21’s and National League North side Nuneaton Town. This kicks off at 12:30pm at Blues’ Wast Hills training ground.

The Bassetlaw derby between Worksop Town and Retford United is a ‘Pay What You Want’ fixture with a minimum admission of £1 for this Northern Counties East League Premier Division clash.

Preston North End host Luton Town in the FA Youth Cup at Deepdale. Kick-off in the 5th Round tie is 7pm, season ticket holders from both clubs can gain free entry with admission otherwise priced at £2 and £1.

11th: A second chance to watch Manchester United Under-21’s for free this week as they take on rivals City at Leigh Sports Village.

Kick-off is scheduled for 8pm, register for free tickets at the LSV website.

12th: Not a match but this is the deadline to get a Millwall Lionesses season ticket for just £24 Adults and £10 Under-16’s and Over-65’s.

Please double check with the official club websites and/or social media pages of those clubs before setting off and enjoy the match!
