The middle of August it may be but cup dreams can be made and lost already this weekend with the Extra Preliminary Round taking place up and down the country.
Friday night sees four matches scheduled before the bulk of the action takes place on Saturday afternoon. The draw is regionalised at this stage which means plenty of local derbies and, although a minimum ticket price usually applies, adult prices shouldn't get too much above £5.
