Taken from our Twitter page where I try to update with all of the ticket offers and deals that I come across.

Monday: Free Under-21 football at the City Ground (Nottingham Forest versus Coventry City, 2pm kick-off) and also at the Madejski Stadium (Reading v Liverpool, 7pm) while Leeds U-21's are in action at Elland Road against Sheffield United (7pm, admission £3 and £1) and it's the same kick-off and prices for Leicester City U-21's v Everton.

Tuesday: The Capital One Cup Second Round takes place with a number of clubs offering £10 Adult admission to their games.

Elsewhere, Burnley season ticket holders can watch the North West Counties League Premier Division game at Nelson FC against West Didsbury & Chorlton for free with kick-off at Little Wembley at 7:45pm. There is a friendly between Gainsborough Trinity and Lincoln City XI's at the home of the former, kick-off 7pm and admission £2 and £1.

Wednesday: Chelsea Ladies take on Milwall in the Continental Tyres Cup. The game takes place at Staines Town with a 7:30pm kick-off and admission has been reduced to £2 Adults and £1 Concessions with the same prices applying for the match with London Bees at the same venue on Sunday 30th.

Thursday: Four more matches in the Continental Tyres Cup, at Bristol Academy, Everton Ladies, Arsenal Ladies and Doncaster Belles.
